Our largest and most continuous investment
Education
Our largest and most continuous investmentChallenges
- Limited access to quality education: Government schools often lack infrastructure, trained staff, and personalized attention, especially in rural areas.
- Infrastructure and resource constraints: Setting up centres, sourcing funds, and mobilizing communities remains a persistent challenge.
Our approach
"Basic human values need to be encouraged in the classroom. A child is born with these values and a teacher needs to uncover them."
Education, knowledge, and skill development are foundational tools for eradicating poverty, fostering economic growth, and enabling individual empowerment. The traditional definition of literacy in India — merely the ability to sign one's name — has become obsolete in today's digital and knowledge-driven era. Research consistently shows that student outcomes improve in environments where learners are known and supported by their educators.

Our least-told story
Rural Sanitation & Village Development
Our least-told storyMore has gone into building toilets and village-level development than into any other category in Nalvidhai's history. It's unglamorous work, and that's exactly why it belongs front and centre: dignity, health, and safety — especially for women and girls — depend on it.
